This handle is made using brass casting and then sanded and finished to ensure the handle represents bamboo - a versatile plant.

My role as a design engineer included making sure that the various handle families were well designed and manufactured as efficiently as possible in order to reduce waste. The team and I worked on each handle family step by step, selecting the best manufacturing processes for each family while ensuring that the handle families were made using market-standard brass pipe and rod sizes wherever applicable. This helped us stay on track toward becoming better environmental stewards.
